As vice president of Par 3’s Landscape Construction Division Alex Villarosa oversees the company’s sales, estimating, design, and construction field operations. He began his career managing industrial and mining construction projects and has worked as a project manager for over 15 years. Villarosa’s experience in managing large commercial and custom residential projects includes the Wynn Hotel & Casino, Bellagio Tower addition, Green Valley Station Casino, and the Las Vegas Springs Preserve. He holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from UNLV and holds certificates of achievement in A20 industrial piping examination, C-5 concrete examination, and C-18 masonry examination.
