Robert W. Potter, LEED AP, and his father formed Affordable Concepts Inc. in 1985. The company began as a home remodeling firm and has grown into one of Southern Nevada’s top general contracting companies. During the past 24 years, Potter has developed a fair and honest reputation resulting in strong, long-standing relationships with owners, developers and subcontractors. ACI’s success is a result of solid leadership and a strong team. Potter is a leader in the construction industry and is actively involved in community, civic and professional organizations. As an active committee member, he takes a special interest in government affairs. Potter recently received his LEED accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council. He has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 22 years. Potter earned a law degree from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
