Metro Police released a surveillance photo today of the suspect who robbed the Treasure Island casino earlier this week.
Officials said the suspect entered the casino and hung around the cashier cage for about 20 minutes before committing the robbery at 9:55 p.m. Monday.
The man demanded money from the cashier and fled with a small amount of money that was later recovered, police said.
Officials closed the Mirage parking garage Monday night as they searched for the suspect, but so far, the suspect has remained at large.
Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male between 25 to 35 years old and about 170-190 pounds. Between 5-foot-8-inches and 5-foot-11-inches tall, the suspect is clean shaven with a medium build.
Metro Police ask anyone with information to call the robbery section at (702) 828-3591 or Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.

He does not look Hispanic, looks like a typcal
tourist trying to make a buck.
I remember a time in Vegas where no one would even think of trying to rob a casino..The boys would make a green patch out in the desert out of you within hours..Now we have these goofy robbers who leave the money behind or can't remember where they parked their get away car pulling these stunts..Times have sure changed..
The valet at this casino couldnt remember where they parked my car once, it took them 30mins to find it, claiming they were giving out duplicate tickets.
Is that the best photo they have of the guy? Come on now...
Is their camera/video technology the same equipment from when Steve Wynn opened the joint in 1993? That photo looks like it was screen capture from a VHS recorder.

If the video were clearer, it'd be easier to check the work, but that guy looks like he had some amateur but Hollywood-modern mask work done. They can only err toward that heavier, disproportionate, clumpy look. The position of the mouth looks unnatural, too, though you'd have to see motion video with sound to tell for sure if the mouth movement is also unnatural.
He takes the trouble to rob the place, then leaves the money? Only in Vegas.
looks like somebody working at city hall.
Its Harry Reid in a mask soliciting funds for his campaign.
You would you think that if someone was going to rob a casino they'd at least invest in a five dollar fake mustache or something. I mean, gee, a hat and sunglasses. That must have taken months to plan.
Maybe it was the guy Treasure Island shook down for his $500.00 Baccarat bet.
