Georgia Neu is Nevada director of No Place for Hate for the Anti-Defamation League. Before joining the Anti-Defamation League, Neu served as the Southern Nevada representative for Nevada Humanities, a statewide nonprofit organization, where she helped coordinate the Vegas Valley Book Festival.
Brett Barratt is commissioner of the Insurance Division for Nevada. Beginning in February 2005, Barratt served as the insurance counsel/hearing officer for the division. In October 2009, he became the chief insurance assistant for the division, and since June, he has been the acting commissioner of insurance. A graduate of the Michigan University College of Law, Barratt earned his law degree in 2003. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association’s Insurance and Health Law Section.

Goodwill of Southern Nevada President and CEO Steve Chartrand has been appointed by Gov. Jim Gibbons to serve on the Nevada State Rehabilitation Council.

City National Bank started its clothing drive to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada. Clothing bins have been placed in all City National Bank and Sun West Bank offices and will be available through Aug. 8.
