7490 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas
For a plateful of pancakes with serious health benefits, swing by the IHOP at 7490 Las Vegas Boulevard South on Aug. 3.
From 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., the restaurant is hosting a MDA Day to support the Southern Nevada Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Patrons can feast on a free short stack of pancakes and are asked to make a donation instead of paying for the meal.
Proceeds will help to fund research on muscular dystrophy and related diseases. They will also help send children with those diseases to an MDA-accessible summer camp at Lake Tahoe.
Decorative summer camp mobiles are also for sale, $1 or $5, to support the cause.
