President Barack Obama will visit Las Vegas next month, Sun columnist Jon Ralston first reported this morning.
Obama will discuss jobs and the economy during his trip to the city.
Other details about the visit weren't immediately available.

But will he visit with voting tax payers or just party contributors like last year for Senator Reed.
Las Vegas should teach the President just how difficult this recession has been for some cities. Hopefully the visit will spur him on to realize how much money needs to be spent domestically in the USA, and how bad too much debt is for any business. Perhaps he will take this lesson back to Washington and pay more heed to the appalling debt levels of the federal government. We can even hope that the Las Vegas trip is instrumental in convincing the President that money wasted on war is money that cannot be spent on America.

Stay in DC for once and do your job Obama. We don't want or need you here. Reid is out after November so there is no reason to come here. My Fellow Americans. Las Vegas is one of the great convention/business destinations of the world. Everyone should "highly" consider Las Vegas as the place to host your business meeting/convention. If you bring your meeting/convention, you will not be criticized, penalized or chastised for doing so. You will also be re-energizing a city whose economy has been one of the hardest hit.
Again, Bring your meetings & conventions to Las Vegas!!!!
