Things I Love:
Betsey Johnson sews up her Vegas faves

The flamboyant "Dancing Queen of Fashion," Betsey Johnson has been rocking the fashion world for more than 40 years.
Best known for her whimsical, rock 'n' roll style and signature cartwheel at the end of her fashion shows, Johnson continues to be a sparkling force in the industry with her modern-day vintage trends that are a must-have for any aspiring fashionista. Johnson recently shared with "Las Vegas Magazine" what makes her flip for Sin City.
The city: I love the fact that the city is always awake. And there's such a great mix of people; it's like minestrone soup. It's a place where everyone can feel comfortable. You can come here and be whatever you want to be, just like New York.
The Beatles "Love": You have to love all of the shows that are available in Vegas. I get lazy in New York even though we have great shows there, too. I was so inspired by The Beatles "Love."
Spago: I fell in love with Spago because the hostess there told me she just bought her wedding dress from Betsey Johnson.
Mandalay Bay pools: You have the Four Seasons Hotel pool, which is laid-back; then you walk out another door and you have waves and sand like you're on the beach, and you walk out another door and there's a different pool. It's so unique; it's a fantasyland.
Luxor light: (When) I'm staying at the Four Seasons Hotel, I can see the pyramid from my window. The light looks like a runway; I thought it was the airport. I am so intrigued by that light.
Betsey Johnson: I have two boutiques here, one at Fashion Show and (the other) at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort. I love the style in Vegas, it reminds me of New York.
