A 25-year-old Las Vegas man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault after allegedly molesting a 4-year-old relative while she was sleeping at his home.
The girl told Metro Police investigators that Dustin James Barral came into the room where she and a young male relative were sleeping and began touching her "private parts" and buttocks, according to an arrest report. The girl told her mother about the alleged incident, then the mother called police.
According to the arrest report, police interviewed the girl’s mother, grandmother and others during the investigation. The grandmother told police she had heard a discussion between Barral and his wife during which Barral said he had forgotten the girl was in the bedroom and had accidentally sat on her.
The girl told police that the young boy was in the room at the time of the alleged assault, police said.
Police said the girl was staying at the home because her mother was in the hospital. Barrall is an employee of the United States Postal Service.
He is being held at the Clark County Detention Center. Bail was set at $50,000.

I hope you get what you deserve... a humane execution.
Are you have a nice time in CCDC?
Good ol boy Dustin needs to be introduced to Lorena Bobbitt.
There should be a full and fair investigation of the crime and the background and all possibilities explored. When there can be no doubt that this truly happened. Hang him.
If there was any real justice in the world, he should be made to never be able to pee standing up.
No doubt the scuz did this. No 4 yr old would make up a story like that. Castrate the b*st*rd!
Fedup
You are right but the mother could make it up. Grandmas statement is kinda lame other than him being put in the room. No statement from the other person in the room? Don't fry the guy yet. If he's guilty throw the book at him, and fedup you love America and we have due process! Give it a minuet and if he is guilty, bye bye.
If I were him, I wouldn't invest too much in the Postal Service pension fund.

Was that the most intelligent comment you could come up with?
I hope you all have faith in humanity. There is always so many sides to every story and the news chose to report very inacurate information. A simple search of inmate records and previously posted stories discredit at least three of the 'facts' that this piece is reporting on. God forbid all America believe what is hand fed to us by media outlets.
I hate to think I am raising my child in a city where so many people chose to seek the worst in every person.
