We know numbers guru Nate Silver has been saying for a while that there is a 73 percent chance Harry Reid will lose his seat in November. That view, shared by many insiders, has placed Nevada in the national spotlight, and it shows no signs of abating with Sharron Angle’s embrace by the national Tea Party folks. And now MSNBC’s political team has put Nevada at the third most vulnerable seat in the U.S. The explanation is simple: “Harry Reid got health care through, but his poll numbers still look bleak.” Hard to argue with that.
