Annual food and wine festival Vegas Uncork'd will hit the Strip May 6-9, bringing with it a bounty of celebrity-chef-hosted events sure to leave foodies, well, thirsty. Shinkansen to Shibuya Take a high-speed trip to Tokyo at Shibuya, where you can taste your way through the sake cellar and sample snacks at food stalls set up in the restaurant. 10:30 p.m., May 6, Shibuya at MGM Grand, $80.

Crushed: Wine that Rocks At this poolside party, restaurateur and winemaker Joe Bastianich will lead guests through an aural wine pairing that matches the sounds of a live band to an array of pours.
