Metro Police today are asking for the public's help in finding a man caught on videotape during a robbery last week at a Las Vegas Strip casino.

The man walked into the high limit slot counter about 3:05 a.m. Friday and demanded money from the clerk, police said. The man then left the casino with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He was last seen running to the parking lot of a nearby hotel and fleeing on a red sport motorcycle, police said.

Authorities today weren't identifying the casino.

The man is described as white, 5-foot-10-inches tall with a muscular build, wearing a black Ed Hardy-type baseball cap, a long-sleeved, white Affliction shirt, shorts, black or brown shoes and carrying a dark gray, single-strap book or computer bag.

An earlier hotel security photo shows the man wearing a long-sleeved black shirt.

Metro detectives are asking anyone who knows the man or his whereabouts to call the Metro robbery section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555. A cash reward may be available to anyone providing information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
