Wikipedia is a dangerous place …

Wikipedia is a dangerous place, as U.S. Senate contender Mark Amodei discovered last week. Shortly after he announced, the site had an entry up about him, but I doubt it was what he wanted, as blogger Dullard Mush pointed out: “Through his Legislative career Amodei is best known as a tax and spend liberal having been quoted saying ‘I voted for taxes when I thought it was the right thing to do.’ His liberal career ... has been marked with the sponsorship of three landmark tax bills: the Care-Amodei tax package of 2003, the Gas Tax of 2009, and the Tax Package in 2009.” By midday Friday, someone on Amodei’s crack staff had gone in to edit the piece to make it more neutral. It’s a brave, new campaign world.
