Approximate area of crash

A woman who is nine months pregnant was flown to a hospital Monday afternoon with minor injuries after the vehicle she was riding in rolled over near Mount Charleston, Metro Police said.

The woman, Summerly Flessas, 34, of Las Vegas, was one of two passengers in a vehicle that flipped over at 3:20 p.m. on Harris Springs Ranch Road about a mile south of State Road 157 (Kyle Canyon Road). The second passenger, Mary Kelly, of Millersville, Md., wasn't injured, authorities said.

Police said evidence indicates that Andrew Flessas, 40, was driving a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser eastbound on Harris Springs Ranch Road when he lost control of the vehicle. Summerly Flessas was flown to University Medical Center as a precaution and was treated for minor injuries.
