Now this sounds like a great event: The 100th anniversary of the Governor’s Mansion. It’s this Saturday and will feature three hours of an open house hosted by the governor where he sometimes lives. There’s this, too, from the news release: “Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon at your Mansion complete with live music, refreshments, commemorative items and more!” And there’s the unveiling of a book about the Governor’s Mansion. “Proceeds from the sales of prints and a portion of proceeds from book sales will benefit the Autism Coalition of Nevada.” Oh, and Nevadans, please follow the governor on a tour, including the cottage, where you will meet the woman who lives there and has crusaded for autism. What is her name again?
