Breezes to continue, rain to bypass Las Vegas

Breezy conditions will continue in the Las Vegas Valley today.
After winds gust to 35 mph Saturday, the National Weather Service said winds will return, but should remain 11 to 18 mph.
The high should be 99 degrees today, although some parts of the valley could see 100 degrees. Saturday's high was 99 degrees.
Clouds and a chance of isolated thunderstorms should stay outside of Las Vegas, mainly in northwestern Arizona and Lincoln County, north of Las Vegas.
For Monday, breezy conditions are expected with a high of 98 degrees.
Lows are expected to stay in the upper 70s.
