The Clark County Commission today approved an extension for Prive's temporary liquor license.
The license had been set to expire on Sept. 20, but was extended until Oct. 6, when the commission will hear from attorneys on another extension. Today's extension was made to accommodate the schedules of attorneys involved in the case.
After a yearlong investigation, the Nevada Gaming Control Board fined Planet Hollywood $500,000 for allowing illegal activities to occur at Prive, including prostitution, underage drinking and narcotic drug use.
