A Fugitive Investigative Strike Team arrested a 60-year-old pastor in Las Vegas today wanted in Washington state for striking and killing a teen bicyclist.
Randall Foos was wanted by the Kennewick Police Department stemming from a 2003 incident that resulted in the death of the bicyclist, according to a statement from the U.S. Marshals Office.
Foos was released on bond while his case was appealed, but his conviction was upheld and a nationwide warrant for his arrest was issued Monday.
Nevada FIS members found Foos and arrested him near Cactus Drive and Decatur Boulevard. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center, where he is awaiting extradition to Washington.

I've learned that the more one rails and protests against the immorality and perversion of others
-like ersatz pastors, the greater the likelihood that they themselves are guilty of the same immorality and perversions of which they are railing and protesting against.
Such people seem to abound in the clergy, among evangelicals and in politics.
The medical term for their diatribes is: Pathological Delusion Transfer(PDT).
Ergo,I would say to all those, as yet "uncaught", hypocrites and delusionals: "When thou doest protest too much" about anything one feels to be immoral, perverse, unethical and/or not to their liking, "Thou" doest become suspect that "Thou" art guilty of that which "Thou" art protesting too much about! To all such, I say: Preacher heal thyself!

only stupid people believe in god.
Halleluyah!
Stevem,
Do you believe in spirits, ghosts, etc? What happens to our spirit when we die? Why are some people tormented by demons? (Possessed) Is it all in their imagination? Why do some people who "sell" their soul to the "devil" gain magical powers in this world? I've studied the occult for over 20 years now, have seen and learned some amazing things about witchcraft, "black magik" etc. I've seen "demons" and felt the air temp in the room drop 30 degrees within seconds. Paranormal sciences prove that there are ghosts and spirits.
There are evil forces in this world and there are angles and good forces in this world as well. Both seem to prove the existence of a "god" and "devil". The scientific world has even validated these things with "paranormal science" studies.
Also, people who believe in "god" live longer, happier lives. (many studies have shown this)
I'd say that given these facts, those who don't believe in god are ignorant and will never be able to tap the "higher energy" that blesses the lives those who live by true principles and morals. But there's good news! It's not too late to turn the ship and reap blessings from God!
You people above all sound a little nutty.
God did not create man...Man created God.
It was a way to intimidate the masses, thus control them.
I"ve never understood why folks who believe in God argue with folks who dont and vice versa,,I"m with rittergirl44
I think the confusion comes from people who attend and support their churches believe the ones that don't go to church don't believe in god.Which i do believe in god i just don't celebrate that fact with other people in the churches.Going to church only means you want to celebrate your love for god under the same roof as others, which usually means giving money and making these people rich.it's all brainwashing.
This is not about God, or belief, it is about a hypocrite who killed an innocent person and ran away, they should throw the key away on this creep.
Matthew 23:27-28
"Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness."

He killed a teenager on a bicycle and jumped bond.
What drives a person to make such a choice?
What drives a police officer to drive lethally fast when it isn't necessary?
These people are supposed to leaders in the community.
I don't understand.
Lots of horrible things have been down in the name of a variety of faiths. That will continue to happen. What this guy did has little to do with that. It also does not negate the faith of those who sincerely struggle while getting stoned by the culture. Be serious, folks, and try to get along instead of hurling minor league comments.
How did GOD get into this response?...this jerk killed the biker...not the so called GOD... get real
God was thrown in the mix by the reporter. If he had been an Atheist - no story. If he was a reporter, equally, no story.
Society expects a certain lack of morality form certain groups of people.
As shown above.
Another John Ensign hypocrite
Im surprised he didnt use the "GOD WAS DRIVEING"defense.Sad he took a childs life though. He'll be preaching in prison, thats for damn sure!
I am appaled at the previous comments. Everyone automatically believes what the paper prints as truth in this case it is definiltly not!!
Randall Foos case has been in appeal he was not notified that he had a court date and his attorney was at fault. since the Town of Kennewick is a close knit community and 3 yrs after the accident they filed charges.Strangely enough the judege was close friends with the family and the prosecuting attorney just happened to get one of her organs??? And an accident it was. He was NOT in hiding he has been our pastor...he was NOT apprehended they came and knocked on his door. This family decided they would persecute this pastor as they called Lutheranism a PAGAN RELIGION. COURT TV recorded the kangaroo court(as they called it) and the tapes are available for anyone to see. SO DO NOT JUDGE BEFORE YOU KNOW THE TRUTH.
