Metro Police said today they're looking for a man who frequents the downtown Las Vegas area suspected of robbing and beating two women in a home east of downtown.

Authorities responded at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday to the residence in the area of 11th and Fremont streets. Police said two women, one of whom was over the age of 65, were beaten and robbed. The older woman suffered facial fractures and was taken to a hospital.

Metro identified the suspected robber as Glen Scruggs, who also goes by "G-Boy." He has tattoos that read "G-Boy," "Gayola," and "Lil Glen," police said.

Scruggs is described as black, 44 years old, 5-foot-11-inches tall and 180 pounds.

Anyone with information about Scruggs or his whereabouts is being asked to call Metro's robbery section at 828-3591.
