Who wants a slice of Hugh Hefner’s Playboy pie?
The mogul is sharing his main squeeze, Crystal Harris, with the world today as the December issue of his famed magazine hits newsstands.
While yes, in this case the sharing is on a look-but-don’t-touch basis, fans will be able to get a feel for the incoming Miss December – and perhaps a hug or a handshake, if they’re nice – on Saturday.
The 23-year-old will be at the Playboy store at the Forum Shops and Caesars Palace on Saturday for a three-hour autograph signing session.
The “Girls Next Door” star will mix and mingle on site from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
As next month’s centerfold, Harris is following in the footsteps of fellow Hefner girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon, who achieved Playmate status and graced the cover of their mutual boyfriend’s magazine earlier this year.
While Hef’s former number one plus-one, Holly Madison, has appeared in the magazine before, she was never given the illustrious title of Playmate.
It remains to be seen whether or not the “Peepshow” starlet will pop by the Playboy store to say hello to Harris, who replaced Madison after she left the Playboy Mansion last fall and moved to Las Vegas.
The combination of Harris’ in-store appearance and Madison’s two “Peepshow” performances on Saturday will provide Hefner wannabes the opportunity to get a real-life glimpse of the mogul’s girlfriends past and present within just a few hours and blocks of each other.
Harris made waves earlier this year when she told E! camera crews, “I’m not the new Holly, Holly’s the old me.”
Ironically, the man who made them both famous – Hefner – will not be at the Forum Shops on Saturday or at Planet Hollywood later that evening.
A Playboy spokesperson said the 83-year-old magnate will remain at his Holmby Hills estate this weekend and therefore will not accompany Harris on the trip (or rendez-vous with his former flame, either, for that matter).
Hefner and Harris last traveled together to Las Vegas in July. During that trip, the duo took in Madison’s “Peepshow,” then hosted the 29-year-old performer at a private dinner inside Hefner’s signature sky villa at the Palms.
