Half of teams finish regular season, other half begin playoffs

It’s time to win or turn in the pads and think about next year — at least for half of the teams in the Las Vegas Valley.
Teams from the Sunset region competed in the first round of playoffs Friday night, while teams in the Sunrise are just finishing off their regular season. That’s what makes Week 11 of high school football unique.
