Burned body found in northeast Las Vegas Valley

A badly burned body was found today on a mattress in the northeast Las Vegas Valley, Metro Police said.

The remains were found about 2:58 p.m. today on a mattress in a vacant lot at Pecos Road and Cheyenne Avenue, police said.

Metro Police homicide detectives are investigating, but there are no signs of foul play, police said.

  1. Settle down, it's normal in that part of the city for vacant lots to be set up like an apartment/home, but without the apartment/home! The guy fell asleep in bed with a cigarette burning...

    Creepy!
