As vice president of finance and business development, Theron LaFountain directly supervises HR, day-to-day financial operations and marketing /sales campaigns. Under his direction, RAFI’s revenue has increased by more than 30 percent. LaFountain belongs to many community organizations, including Positively Kids, March of Dimes, Theatre in the Valley and Leadership Henderson. LaFountain is a member of NAIOP, APWA, CCIM, ADAS, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Redevelopment Association of Nevada and CMG. In the past year LaFountain was elected vice president of the Water Street District Business Association, named a trustee with the Henderson Development Association and appointed to the Commission of Cultural Arts and Tourism for the city of Henderson.
