Over the course of her 12-year career, Lord has leased commercial retail space in Southern Nevada’s Centennial Center, the Eastern Beltway Center and the Southern Highlands Marketplace. Specializing in big box and neighborhood retail leasing and buyer/tenant representation, Lord’s client list includes Weingarten Realty Investors, Laurich Development, Watt Development, United Growth, CFT Development, Land Baron, Savers, McDonald’s, Blockbuster Inc., Panda Express, Payless ShoeSource, Batteries Plus, Radio Shack, Kay Jewelers and many more. Lord is now marketing the McCarran and Shadow Mountain Marketplaces, North Mesa Plaza, Whole Foods Marketplace and will soon be launching the Las Flores project in the North Las Vegas redevelopment district. She is an ICSC member, International Order of Rainbow Girls Alumni and serves on the advisory board for Ms. Rodeo Nevada.
