Sherri Green, broker and owner of Paragon Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, opened the company in 2004 and Paragon Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2006. She is a native of Ft. Worth, Texas, where she began her commercial real estate career with the Henry S. Miller-Grubb & Ellis Co. as an industrial real estate broker. She was later promoted to department head and vice president of the industrial division. When Grubb & Ellis closed its Ft. Worth operations, Green relocated to Henderson, joining the Americana Commercial Group as an industrial specialist. In the mid-1990s, she relocated to Livonia, Mich., to open the state’s first casino dealers school, the Michigan Gaming Institute. While in Michigan, she joined IDS/American Express as a financial planner, achieving the status of a Gold Team planner with American Express. When Green returned to Las Vegas in the late 1990s, she returned to industrial real estate brokerage with the Industrial Property Group. Green is the government relations chair in Nevada for the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ government affairs committee. She is a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and a trustee of the chamber’s foundation board. She is also chair of the membership committee for the Henderson Development Association.
