Shawn Danoski has 20 years experience in the construction industry, performing extensive work in the commercial and industrial markets. As chief executive officer and founding principal of Danoski Clutts Building Group, he started the company in 2001 and, in less than a decade, has grown the general contracting firm to 28 team members. The past few years have been particularly satisfying because of the recognition the firm has received for its efforts in building the best community and projects possible. The firm was ranked No. 94 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hot 500 Companies” for 2007 and received a merit award at the NAIOP Spotlight Awards in 2009. In his current role, Danoski directs the company’s strategic planning efforts, but it is his leadership in the company’s mantra of “Integrity” that truly shines. He is a board member with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas industry advisory board for construction management programs and the Canyon Ridge Christian Church building committee. He is an allied member of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the Nevada Development Authority and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. His support of local nonprofit community organizations earned Danoski Clutts Building Group the Corporate Citizen Award from the Associated General Contractors in 2007. A native Nevadan, Danoski attended UNLV and holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management.
