Jeremy Aguero formed Applied Analysis in 1997. His areas of expertise are economic analysis, operational model development and fiscal impact analysis. Aguero’s broad project history demonstrates a wide range of abilities. He has worked for clients in the private and public sectors and undertaken projects of local, regional and national significance. Recent projects include his work as part of a consultant team in creating the City of Las Vegas Fiscal Impact Analysis, a model that projected development patterns in Las Vegas, and then evaluating the fiscal impact of several development scenarios. He also served as the lead analyst for the Clark County Growth Task Force and was on the analysis team for the Coyote Spring master-planned community project. In the past several months, Aguero has headed a team focused on the development of a wireless commercial real estate information system compatible with handheld computer systems. Aguero has been asked to speak on economic and development trends for numerous professional groups. Aguero also serves as an adjunct professor of hotel law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, serves on the board of advisers for Nevada Council on Problem Gaming and serves on the board of directors for Paseo Verde Little League.
