As president, Jason Kuckler oversees acquisitions, entitlements, pre-development, construction and leasing and sales for PAR Development Inc. Previously, he was development manager for Panattoni Development, a global company that specializes in industrial projects. Kuckler opened the Las Vegas division of the company in January 2003 and oversaw all aspects of development from acquisitions to leasing. During his tenure with Panattoni, he directed the completion, leasing and sales or more than 1.6 million square feet of industrial space in the valley. Kuckler also was development manager of Las Vegas- based Magnum Opus, where he was responsible for nearly 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail development. Kuckler launched PAR Development Inc. at the end of 2007 and is working on the company’s first project, Post Park. PAR Development – named for Kuckler’s wife Paula, daughter Ashley and son Ryan – also has consulted for Johnson Controls Inc., Ryder Trucks and Clayco Realty Group. Kuckler earned a business management degree from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. He is co-founder and serves on the board of Nevada Child Abuse Prevention. He also donates time to Opportunity Village’s Magical Forest and Child Haven. Kuckler is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
