Heather Soto is the cofounder and principal of Inhabit Design, a residential and commercial design firm. Inhabit’s services include interior design, exterior colorization, design consultation, retail procurement, furniture design and lighting. Soto is a native of Las Vegas, and she earned her interior design degree from an accredited program in Bellevue, Wash. Soto started her design career at an accomplished firm in Seattle, where she evolved as a designer working on high-end residential projects. After gaining experience in Seattle, Soto returned to her Las Vegas roots to work for a local firm that specialized in large-scale commercial design assignments, along with high-end estate design before starting her own firm in 2007. Soto and her business partner have been recognized as the up-and-coming “Designs Queens” of Las Vegas by Las Vegas Home & Design. Soto is active in her community, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, Through the Eyes of a Child, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and American Society of Interior Design.
