An inventory of items taken from the home and office of the Las Vegas doctor who was with Michael Jackson when he died shows that investigators seized paper records and made copies of computer hard drives.

The Tuesday search of the Las Vegas medical office and home of Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was part of a manslaughter investigation into the singer's death.

The warrant lists 19 aliases used by Michael Jackson, and authorized investigators to take medical records, prescriptions and correspondence.

Metro Police officers took or made copies of the items with the assistance of the Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office and officials from the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.

The inventory filed with the District Court in Clark County shows that investigators made digital copies of the hard drives of five computers and one thumb drive at the doctor’s office. They also took a phone message book, a CD, a binder and other paperwork.

Another hard drive was copied at the doctor’s home, and records were taken from a cell phone and a BlackBerry and police took an Apple iPhone from the residence.

Investigators also searched a storage unit on Tropicana Avenue, but did not remove or copy any items, court records show.

The warrant for the search of the storage unit says that the search is related to crimes including excessive prescribing, prescribing to an addict, unprofessional conduct and manslaughter, but the warrant does not identify a suspect.

The items were turned over to officials from Los Angeles to be taken to California, according to the documents.
