Ashton Kutcher is an actor, Demi Moore’s much younger husband, and the face of Nikon’s Cool Pix camera campaign.
He’s also an avid Twitter fan. Twitter addict, even.
And he’s coming to Vegas, too.
Kutcher will join Digg.com founder and former Las Vegas resident Kevin Rose for an episode of Diggnation next week. The show’s regular co-host, Alex Albrecht, will also take part.
Rose publicized the former “That 70’s Show” star’s Diggnation appearance on Twitter this afternoon.
“Start chilling the beer for Vegas now!” Kutcher tweeted in response to Rose’s posting, which linked to a story published on one of Rose’s other start-up sites, Revision3.com, just before noon today. As Kutcher should know, Las Vegas doesn't need a reminder to chill the beer.
Kutcher fans and residents of Diggnation are invited to attend the Vegas-based broadcast, which will begin at 5 p.m. at the Palms on Aug. 5.
The tech-savvy trio will set up in one of the resort’s ballrooms, according to a Palms spokesperson, but the exact location has yet to be confirmed.
The three Internet addicts will discuss the top stories listed on the Digg.com, a site that allows users to submit and share links to stories, blogs, videos and other Web content.
Yet Diggnation is not the only reason Kutcher is coming to town. The 31-year-old star is also headed this way for the premiere of his new movie, “Spread.”
As such, the star will walk the red carpet outside Brenden Theaters immediately following his guest spot on Diggnation.
Kutcher’s co-star, Anne Heche, will also be at the Palms for the premiere but it has not been said whether Kutcher’s famous and famously older wife, Demi Moore, will be there.
The May-December pair, who enjoy a 15-year age difference, tied the knot in 2005.
In “Spread,” Kutcher plays a fun-loving freeloader who suddenly finds himself on the street after his sugar mamma, played by Heche, discovers he’s been cheating on her with a woman younger than Kutcher -- one who is Heche's age.
The release hits theaters across the country on Aug. 14.

Girl, I really took offense at your article on Ashton Kutcher in regard to your repeated references to Demi Moore's age.
"Much younger," "famously older," "MAY-DECEMBER?"
It's not like Kutcher is a boy at 31 and Moore is only 46 or 47, which hardly qualifies as "December."
At any rate, the newsworthiness of the spread does not demand that we are hit over the head with it 3 times.
How old are you, anyway? I am guessing you are not in your 40's or you would not insult other women my age by categorizing us as "December" when we are in the prime of our lives.

Who's Ashton Kutcher?
Women past 40 are not what a 31 year old male looks at seriously. It's all due to perception.
Why is it only women who marry younger men seem to get singled out - the whole 'Cougar' thing is disgusting - and still men with much younger wives are just simply referred to as 'studs'? In my book - "good for the goose" is still equal to "good for the gander". I'll bet it's a guy who came up with the term "cougar" to begin with.........
It seems to me that the author has too many issues with HER age. What is it girl? Is it that you can't stand that Demi looks hotter than you will ever look regardless of your age?
I am surprised by the defensiveness of the women on here, and the unwarranted bashing of the writer, who is merely pointing out the facts -- which in this case are also very appropriate due to the said movie. Harsh words about the writer's looks, age etc. only speak to the ignorance and other lacking qualities of the people posting, sorry!! I love the May-December reference. It's a testament that sometimes, opposites in whatever way, still attract. Loved this article.
