Isn't change we can believe in great?
CT Yankee...the Bushies and their "hands off" orders to SEC regulators caused this mess. You are obviously very, very confused.
Brilliant Carson, and the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has exactly what to do unemployment benefits?
It always cracks me up to see the Republicans coming out trying to blame this depression on Obama. We were in this mess up to our eyeballs on their watch. Obama has been working hard to get us out which is something the Bush admin wwasn't worried about.
California is the most screwed up as usual. The state has 37 million people and $2.6 billion in unemployment insurance debt to the federal government ($70.27 per person). Illinois has 13 million people and only $111 million in debt to the government ($8.54 per person). This despite the fact that Illinois is not well run. California is run by idiots.
CT Yankee
This all started on Frat Boy's watch, not Obama's.

The SEC, if they were more involved with what was going on on Wall St., this mess maybe wouldn't have started. That's what CarsonNewshound is trying to say. You must have a short memory on that first multi billion dollar bailout that was done on Frat Boy's watch with NO accountability at all.
Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah and Blah,
Just as long as I get my Unemployment!
