Police say they’ve found a 21-year-old man who has been missing since Saturday.

Herman Clemons, who police said has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old, was found Sunday afternoon at a prior neighbor's house, police said.

He was uninjured and has been reunited with family.

Clemons had been missing since about 8 a.m. Saturday from the area of Lake Mead and Martin Luther King boulevards. Metro Police released details this morning after family members couldn't find Clemons.
