The time has come for John Ensign to resign as a U.S. senator from Nevada. He has disgraced himself and destroyed his credibility.
The continued display of personal dirty laundry has resulted in public embarrassment to his family and other Nevadans. Now is the time for Mr. Ensign to pack his bags and leave Washington.
My opinion is not that of a Democrat, liberal or Republican but that of a Nevadan with 55 years of residence in our great state. His career is over and he needs to go.
