May Obama rise above tired old criticisms

It is interesting to note the growing demagoguery, ad nauseam, that the public is being subjected to in commentaries and editorials from conservative newsprint media attacking the Obama administration and Democrats.
These opinion writers only criticize, discredit and demonize those who do not subscribe to their right-wing ideology. These pseudo-journalists have offered very few, if any, constructive options in dealing with the problems besetting our country, other than to “cut government and taxes for the rich.”
Instead of contributing creatively to the dialogue on health care, energy, foreign policy, homeland security, comprehensive immigration reform, etc., they use their columns and editorials to ridicule other viewpoints to tacitly endorse their old and tired ultra-conservative agenda, which was tried for eight years and didn’t work.
This great nation of ours has again been blessed by the election of a compassionate, articulate and intellectual giant to lead us out of this morass inherited from George W. Bush and the conservative Republicans. Some of what we hear and read from the loyal opposition are tired, old and overused metaphors and sobriquets about “socialism,” “Marxism,” “fascism,” etc.
God bless and grant President Barack Obama the fortitude to take on this monumental task of mending our country’s “Ship of State.”

Obama an intellectual giant? That should be on the funny page. He got through college and law school to meet their minority quotas. He was quite undistiguished as an attorney. He was a welfare pimp in Chicago, organizing the welfare freeloaders to sponge more money off the taxpayer. He won an election there because he and his crooked friends used legal tricks to get his opponents thrown off the ballot. He was a worthless and do nothing while in the Senate, never authoring a significant piece of legislation. His first six months in office have been a total disaster with is poll numbers dropping daily.
After four years in office, Americans will have wished they voted Hitler into the presidency instead of Obama. He is a vile eval man.

He got through college on minority quotas? Do you think Harvard lets stupid people in just because they're minorities? This is a man who did community organizing to help improve the lives of powerless people, rather than running out and making as much money as possible by screwing powerless people, as so many Harvard law grads do. Conservatives have been insisting on promoting free enterprise and tax breaks for small businesses in order to create jobs and move the economy in the right direction.
Have you not heard them warning that massive deficit spending in a recession has never resolved a financial crisis?
If you haven't heard the numerous alternatives to a government-run, destined-to-fail health care system. you're just not paying attention.
In case you haven't heard, there is no energy shortage. The "crisis" that has surfaced is due to Democrats refusal to allow drilling in our own country. If you are buying into the man-made global warming hoax, you're listening to only what you want to hear.

Conservatives have been screaming for enforcing our current immigration laws, always to no avail. So the the 1st Amendment only applies to Dems. And the public isn't being subjected to anything, simply don't read it or turn it off. I highly doubt you have truly listened or read any of it any way.

Simply not true. Many of the articles, interviews, and blogs I read bring up very good questions as to the benefits and detriments of many of the programs that Obama is trying to jam down the throats of the American people. Try getting some of your news from other places than DailyKos or the HuffPo. Where were your complaints of the left when we were subjected to the non-stop and and often inaccurate bloviations

Again, simply false and disingenuous. There have been many plans suggested but the Obama Administration has ignored them all because they don't fit with his agenda. So, again try reading an opposing view before trashing it.

So, if one criticizes one of Obamas plans that is tantamount to ridicule. I call it a disccussion. I can successfully argue that Bush did not have an ultra-conservative agenda. In some respects he was not conservative enough. So, again, false assertion.
