Two sought in robbery of northwest valley business
Friday, July 3, 2009 | 10:41 a.m.
Metro Police are looking for two men suspected of robbing a business in the northwest valley Thursday morning.
Police said the men entered the business at 9:25 a.m. in the 4000 block of North Rancho Drive. One man took cash from the register and demanded that the clerk open the merchandise counter when an alarm sounded.
The man ran to the door, where a second man was on lookout. Metro Police weren't identifying the business.
Both men were described as thin, black, about 5-feet-11 to 6-feet tall and wearing white gloves and orange bandanas covering their faces. One wore a long-sleeved dark blue shirt with gray pants and the other wore a short-sleeved shirt and black pants.
Anyone with information is being asked to call Metro's Robbery Section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
