Mayor Oscar Goodman declares Dec. 4 Lani Misalucha Day in Las Vegas.
Friday, Dec. 11, 2009 | 9:24 a.m.
Our Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman has declared Dec. 4 as Lani Misalucha Day in Las Vegas. Angelo Giordano of Giordano World Entertainment, and producer of Voices starring Lani, surprised and presented Lani with the proclamation during her performance in the Las Vegas Hilton’s Shimmer Cabaret.
Lani’s show includes R&B, opera and classic rock. Her ability to sing in these styles has made her one of the most popular vocalists in Asia -- MTV Asia dubbed her Asia’s Nightingale. Her comedic flair and vocal range shine during impersonations of Britney Spears, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Celine Dion and Beyonce.
Our contributing photographer Cody Boor captured these shots of the presentation for our photo gallery.
