Convicted child molester Chester A. Stiles suffered minor injuries during an altercation among inmates Wednesday at the Lovelock Correctional Facility in Northern Nevada.
Stiles wasn't seriously injured and no other serious injuries were reported, said Suzanne Pardee, a spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections. No one was hospitalized.
The corrections department is investigating this incident as it investigates all physical altercations, which occur frequently behind bars, Pardee said.
Stiles is spending life in prison after being convicted March 3 on 10 counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14, 11 counts of sexual assault with a minor under 14, and one count of attempted sexual assault with a minor under 14 for sexually molesting two girls, ages 2 and 6, in 2003.
He would be eligible for parole in 140 years.

Great! Maybe next time they will finish the job.
Minor injuries only? How disappointing.
If anyone deserves to get a$$r@ped in prison it's piece of dirt. I was really hoping he'd be gone by now.
They'll get him eventually. No way he lives a long life.
Should 'investigate' why they didnt finish the job.
Only hurt?? Why isn't he in with the real killers? Was he injured by a corrupt CPA or ex-county commissioner?
This is exactly what is wrong with the prison system; everybodies in there for non-violent offenses.
I demand reform.
Where is Rorschach when we need him?
OG -- Jack Earle Haley owned that role to the point of making the rest of that movie worth seeing.
To put your post in perspective did you see the part he played in "Little Children"?
This guy at off easy his victim are living with the nightmare for every.
This is just the beginning for Chester! Oh Happy Day :)
Maybe they can set something up between him and OJ. Like pay per view. Revenue for the state.
bozeman -- your post is gibberish, get some coffee in you and try again.
Geez, I wish they would make him wear a shirt that says "I rape babies". That would do it.
