LETTER TO THE EDITOR:
McCain’s age adds weight to VP choice
Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008 | 2:08 a.m.
Barring anything else that can be said about the Republican ticket (and Bushlike lies to us do keep turning up), there is one serious point to keep in mind.
I have 10 years on John McCain, and some very personal understanding of things that can go wrong with a person of his age. So do we really want to possibly see Sarah Palin as president of the United States?
The idea scares me, and should be a concern to every voter in the country, no matter what his or her party affiliation is.

So do we really want to possibly see Obama as president of the United States?

Yes, we do, nance, because we think and pay attention to what's really going on.
Yes, we do want McCain/Palin, bogusGunOwnerforObama, because we think and pay attention to what's really going on.
McCain's age is a concern, but his political agenda frightens me more. Continue the Irag war, pro-life, anti-union, vouchers for education, keep tax cuts for wealthy, and selection of Gov. Palin as V.P. of Religious Right are issues that easily convince me to vote for Obama.
Obama's experience is a concern, but his political agenda frightens me more. Continue the pro-abortion (even voted against a bill that would have given human legal rights to babies born from botched abortins), in favor of anti-democracy non-secret union ballots, keeping the broken education system as-is, tax hikes on job creation capital investments, and his entourage of crazy and corrupt friends are issues that easily convince me to vote for McCain/Palin.
No, I don't want Obama
