Metro Police have arrested 21-year-old Eric Sandoval of Las Vegas in the shooting death of 19-year-old Nester Joao Lee.

Lee was shot in the chest during a party early Sunday morning, police said.

When officers arrived in the 8300 block of Spring Arts Avenue, they found Lee wounded. He was taken to MountainView Hospital where he died about an hour later, police said.

Shortly after police discovered Lee, reports of five other shooting victims came from an Albertson's at Cheyenne Avenue and Cimarron Road. The five people were taken to University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Sandoval is in the Clark County Detention Center charged with one count of homicide with a deadly weapon and five counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, police said.
