Molasky joins insurance company

Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008 | 2:19 p.m.

CARSON CITY – Former Nevada state insurance commissioners apparently stick together.

Alice Molasky Arman, who retired after serving as commissioner from January 1995 to 2008, is joining Western Insurance Company as senior vice president of government relations.

She was the longest-serving state insurance commissioner until September this year.

The company in Reno was founded by Dick Rottman, who was state insurance commissioner from 1972 to 1979.
