Metro Police will have numerous squad cars and special vehicles lined up in the Hard Rock Café parking lot beginning at 5 p.m. At 4475 Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue.
Costumed children will be able to go car to car and collect candy and interact with Metro Police officers.
There will be funny tricks, treats, contests and music. The Nevada National Guard will provide a haunted castle for small children.
JACK F.M. Will be onsite. So will the family-friendly Drive Machine, performing through the evening until 8 p.m.
The Hard Rock Café is concluding its Pinktober promotion for breast cancer awareness month on Oct. 31. Adults are being asked to wear a pink ribbon to show support. Information about breast cancer will be provided by the R.E.D. Rose Program of St. Rose Dominican Hospitals. Pink ribbons will be available at the event.
And best of all, this event is free.
