Expect a lot of Bulldog-bashing Oct. 16-18, which is homecoming weekend at Boulder City High School.

This year's football match-up pits the varsity Eagles against the dogs from Virgin Valley High School.

The festivities begin with a homecoming parade at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 16.

About 20 school floats will gather at the high school and travel through town to a 7:15 p.m. bonfire behind the fire station, 1101 Elm St.

At 5 p.m. Oct. 17, the varsity girls volleyball team will play Virgin Valley, followed at 7 p.m. by the varsity football game.

The Eagles last year won the homecoming game against Meadows High School.

The homecoming dance— the Twilight Ball— is Oct. 18 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.
