2008 ELECTION:
Today is the last day to register to vote
Early voting for the Nov. 4 election starts Saturday
Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008 | 7:24 a.m.
It all comes down to a few hours. If you aren't registered to vote by 9 tonight, you won't be able to participate in the general election.
Voters can register from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. today in person at two locations in Clark County — the Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway in Las Vegas, and the Clark County Election Center, 965 Trade Drive Suite A in North Las Vegas.
If you signed up to vote at a recent registration drive, you might want to check to make sure your paperwork was processed. You can do so by calling 455-VOTE (8683) or by checking at the Election Department's Web site.
The early voting period for the Nov. 4 election runs from Saturday, Oct. 18 through Oct. 31. See a list of the 88 locations available for early voting.
If you need to vote by mail, you have until Oct. 28 to submit a mail ballot. For more information, visit the Election Department Web site.

My dead dog from 20 years ago is a registered Democrat.
I can't wait to just how sorry and sore loser guys like you will prove to be! Don't worry we will be advocating for more Mental Health care for EVERYONE - but, you might have to show your Republican I.D. to get in?
