A man accused of inappropriate behavior with minors in Henderson movie theaters was sentenced Oct. 1 to 120 days' jail time and a maximum five years' probation.
The jail sentence for Jon Jacobs, 30, was a condition of his probation, along with 16 hours of community service work each month unless he is employed full time and continues counseling. A prison sentence of 14 to 48 months was suspended.
Jacobs had pleaded guilty to sexually motivated coercion and had originally faced a felony charge of lewdness with a minor under 14.
In a separate incident, he was charged in Henderson Municipal Court with a misdemeanor charge of annoying a minor. Jacobs is set to stand trial on the misdemeanor charge Nov. 17.
Police allege Jacobs sat next to the girls in theaters and inappropriately touched them during the movie.
