Police release photos of men wanted in robbery

Police released photos today of two men who tried to carjack one person and stole property from another person in parking lots at the far west end of Charleston Boulevard on the night of Aug. 18, Metro Police said.

The first man, who held a gun, is described as being 5-foot-11, weighing 150 pounds and between the ages of 23 and 27 years old, police said.

The second man is described as being 6-foot-3, weighing 210 pounds and between the ages of 23 and 27 years old, police said.

Metro detectives are requesting information from the public on these two men. Residents can call the robbery section at 828-3591, or those wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555. A cash reward may be available for anyone providing information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects, police said.
