We deserve the government we elect

How stupid could we be?
There is no doubt in my mind that the current U.S. economic crisis is the result of the idiotic imperial actions of the Bush administration. However, this does not mean that the “sold off” Congress is excused for its irresponsible and self-serving action in submitting to pressures by special interests and those of the capitalistic “Wall Street” jungle.
Furthermore, it does not mean that the naivete, apathy and/or ignorance of the American voters are not responsible for the harmful actions of our government, at our expense.
Consequently, I believe the reason stupidity has not been taxed yet is that the politicians and corporate America harvest the abundant crop for replanting and cultivation for themselves. That is, voters’ stupidity is the “manna” that feeds greediness and corruption as well as the prostitution of our “sold off” government officials at the expense of the nation as well as of the everyday American.
Simply put, “Voters’ stupidity reigns under the influence of their own ignorance!”

ACORN just got money from our bailout bill, and based on Obamas prior actions, if he were to get elected it would be like hiring an arsonist to put out a fire.
Obama wants convicted felons to now have the right to vote, he believes that they are diproportionatley black and will help hhim win the election, they currently cannot vote but if obama gets his way..............

I am not quite sure but did nikolas just call american voters "stupid"?
read it and decide. I think the only reason the sun posted this letter is because he represents their party, If i called democrats stupid there is no way they would leave my post up here.
One thing i learned in here is that there will be no name calling, unless of course you want to call mccain or bush or palin something nasty, because of course they deserve it, right? I mean Left?
Why is the economy in trouble?
Everyone will agree that risky loans caused it.
Who pushed for risky loans?
When is the last time you heard a republican say lets make sure we get people who do not have ability to repay into a new home?

That is not what bothers me, we have to forgive, and move on but what bothers me is we just passed legislation that is going to give more money to acorn and sub-prime lending through this 700 billion dollar deal. democrats made us put it in or they would not pass it.
And now, democrats barely admit any involvement in the economic situation we are in. It's like,
"look what bush did"
So, a bunch of people are going to go vote for the wrong team and then what?
Nikolas, who wrote the letter will be right american voters will be stupid.
I knew i recognized this name, Nikolas is the guy who was blaming "corporate america" because of the digital t.v. conversion coming in february, Nikolas was upset because he had to buy a new t.v., well relax you rooskie, the feds have funded a program so that you can get a 40.00 converter box even though you are not a u.s. citizen and you can still call american voters stupid. (what a country)
