Deborah Kuhr
Deborah J. Kuhr, 52, of Las Vegas, died Sept. 23.
The six-year resident was born Aug. 6, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio. She was a homemaker.
Kuhr is survived by her husband, Donald B. Kuhr of Las Vegas; son, Gregory Martinez of Las Vegas; daughter, Amanda Martinez of Toledo; parents Beverly Hoffman and Richard Keith, both of Toledo; sister, Pam Lee of Toledo; and brother, Richard Keith Jr. of Toledo.
All services will be held in Toledo.
Arrangements were handled by Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne.
Mildred Levy
Mildred Eileen Levy, 76, of Las Vegas, died Sept. 24.
The 10-year resident was born Sept. 29, 1931, in Boston. She was a homemaker.
Levy is survived by her son, Steve Levy and wife, Phyllis; grandsons Ross Levy and wife, Leanne, and Brian Levy and wife, Kara; great-granddaughters Samantha and Lexie Levy; great-grandson, Andrew Levy, all of Las Vegas; brother, George Fennell of Massachusetts; and sister, Catherine Kahan of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart Levy.

Visitation was held Sept. 29 at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne.

Don Walton
Cmdr. Don H. Walton, U.S. Navy, retired, 67, died at home after a courageous battle against cancer.
The six-year resident was born March 3, 1941, in Oklahoma City and was raised in St. Joseph, Mo. In high school, he was a member of the National Honor Society and was recognized in 1958 as an all-city, all-conference, all-district football player.
Walton graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1963, was a decorated Vietnam War veteran, and a career naval officer. Following his military service, he served as a Navy contractor in San Diego, specializing in nuclear power.
Upon moving to Las Vegas, he was employed as a facilities and real estate services manager at the Nevada Test Site for National Securities Technologies.
Walton is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Pennington Walton; children Christine Cotner and husband, Ivan, Suzy Walton and Ryan Walton, all of San Diego; stepson, Kurt Reagh of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandsons Seth and Trey Cotner; sister, Judy Pugh and husband, Al, of Reno; and brother, the Rev. John Walton of New York City.

A memorial service was held Sept. 29 at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne.
