Letter to the editor:
Partisanship ignores country’s needs
Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008 | 2:02 a.m.
Regarding the recent failure of the bailout of Wall Street:
It was very childish of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to say just before the vote that President Bush is responsible for the situation we are in, and it was equally childish of some Republicans to change their minds and vote nay because of her comments before the vote. Whatever happened to country first in time of need?
Children at play.
