Las Vegas' offense fired on all cylinders Friday night as the Wranglers blasted the Bakersfield Condors 4-2 Friday night in front of 3,929 fans in the Orleans Arena.
Wranglers forward Chris Neiszner ignited the offense with an easy tip-in from Justin Taylor less than eight minutes into the game to give Las Vegas a 1-0 lead.
The Condors (2-5-1) would counter and then trade goals with the Wranglers (3-4-1) to knot the score at 2-2. But Las Vegas center Chris Ferraro netted his second goal of the night when he deflected Mike Madill's blue-line shot with 4:18 remaining in the second period to put the Wranglers on top 3-2.
Ferraro now has four goals and three assists in seven games this season.
Taylor added another goal, his first of the season, in the third period to seal the victory.
The Wranglers return to action Saturday night to face the Phoenix Roadrunners (6-2-2) at 7:30 p.m. at the Orleans Arena. The first 2,500 fans will receive a Dunkin Donuts coffee cup.
