She’s so excited — and she just can’t hide it. And why should she? In an e-mail missive to her supporters — smart move to keep that massive list assembled during the governor’s race! — state Sen. Dina Titus declared: “We have fought our opponent to a standstill in a mere month and a half, and together we will win.” The mail blast was predicated on that Review-Journal poll this week that showed Titus within the margin of error in her race against Rep. Jon Porter. And why was she touting that news? Because she was happy? Because she loved it that the R-J was helping her? Not quite. The answer is in the little button that could be clicked on with the e-mail: “Contribute.” Bet there’s a whole lotta clickin’ goin’ on.
